A few years ago I bought four small bean bags, and I’ve been using them ALL the time ever since, and I’ve never refilled them before.

Today they’re completely mushed and all the styrofoam filling or whatever you call the filling – mushed. I’m going to get it refilled, so I chose to try and open the bean bag up today to learn the inside is dusty as hell as well. How do I empty out all the filling without all the styrofoam and dust scattering all over?

And I’m not plotting on buying new bean bags.

Unless they belong to the children of the household, bean bag chairs and various Bean Bag Furniture has been equated to so-called “hippies” or just those adults who apparently haven’t grown up. Is that really a honest analysis or can adults get away with owning bean bag chairs and other Bean Bag Furniture and still be considered normal, socially acceptable people? It’s a hard question to answer, and of course every opinion will depend on individual factors and the sort of people one has grown up with or become friends with. The consensus seems to be that adults can in fact ‘get away’ with decorating in bean bags, and in fact, it has become normal and fun to have a comfy seat to offer guests.
